After filling up with fuel, on 21st May 2022 Guy and Mary set "sail" from Plymouth Yacht Haven. Destination La Roche Bernard but the hope was some fine sailing in Scotland together with fine members of the Royal Cruising Club. Picking up Justin, their young crew at Falmouth, they set sail rounding Lands End and across a stormy Bristol Channel and Irish Sea towards Dublin. A crew change at Dun Laoghaire meant Chris could irritate Guy for the rest of the trip. A beautiful tour around the Western Isles, joined for a week by youngster, Will who swapped back with Justin at Ullapool for the return leg to LRB via the Scily Isles. After much motoring OS arrived relatively unscathed home at La Roche Bernard on 9th July 2022.
Sailing/motoring from Plymouth on 21/5, OS picked up Justin at Falmouth for the lively sail from 13:30 on 24/5 towards Ireland. Wednesday 25/5 20:00 arrived in Arklow, crew shaken but not stirred.
